The Ticonderoga Historical Society
Organized in 1897 and chartered by the New York State Board of Regents in 1909, the Ticonderoga Historical Society preserves and interprets history through collections, exhibits, programs and community outreach.  With a focus on the historical, scientific and social aspects of the Adirondack Mountains, Lake Champlain and Lake George regions, the Ticonderoga Historical Society showcases the contributions of our region to the history of New York and the United States while preserving and promoting our unique cultural history.
 
The Ticonderoga Historical Society is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization.  Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of Internal Revenue Service regulations.
